SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATION

We partner with selected global merchants and designers, in order to provide you with unique beautiful items with best prices. 

To avoid extra handling fees, we ship your items directly from our partners locations (USA, India, Thailand, China..) directly to your home. This allows us to provide amazing prices, but means it might take a few weeks to arrive:

  • Orders to USA - 10 to 20 days by USPS.
  • Orders to Europe - 2-3 weeks by local post.
  • Other countries worldwide - 2-5 weeks by post office. 

TRACKING

General

When your order is shipped, you will received a shipping confirmation email from us with your tracking number in it. 

You may track your order in our web-site, simply go to order status page and enter your tracking number in the box.

As we ship your orders directly from our global partners (avoiding high handling fees and allowing amazing prices), it's possible your order may take 2-5 weeks to arrive.

 

It's been 25 days and there's no progress in the tracking status. what do i do?

Please contact us. If your order is untraceable by the post office we'll resend your order or fully refund you.

 

I ACCIDENTALLY ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact us immediately - if its been few hours since you placed your order will might be able to catch your order before it was shipped and changed the address.

In case you contacted us more the 12 hours after you placed your order, there is a good chance that it has already been shipped. 

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We charge a small shipping fee of $4.95 for orders that are less than $30. With cheap item we can not cover the shipping cost. However, if your total order is above $30 - shipping is free.

 

DO I NEED TO PAY IMPORT FEES ON MY ORDER?

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient.

 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?

Payment methods that can be used are: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Cash on delivery as of now, is not available.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PRODUCT?

We always try our best to serve our customers with the best quality products. However, there might be several factors which result in your products to be damaged. If you have received a defective or a damaged product, please write to us at info@styleford.comLet us know the problem and don't forget to attach photo or video so we can address the issue clearly. We will send a replacement or fully refund you.
